Job Overview: We are hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales – Back Office Executive / Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and business development team. This role is focused on lead generation, internal coordination, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and English , with knowledge of any regional language considered a strong plus. Prior experience in lead generation or machinery industry will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Generate quality leads using India MART, Alibaba, online research, social media platforms, cold calling , and email campaigns . Research and profile potential clients by understanding their industry, business model, and specific needs. Coordinate daily activities between the Back Office and Sales/Business Development Team to ensure smooth operations. Assign incoming leads to the appropriate sales team members and track follow-ups. Schedule appointments and client meetings on behalf of the sales team. Assist in promoting company activities such as new machine installations and customer success stories via social media .
